Demo Restaurant was imagined as a cinematic mountain dining room where Darjeeling tea culture, Tibetan comfort food, and modern plating live together. The kitchen moves slowly, precisely, and seasonally.

Each dish honors local memory: broth-heavy thukpa nights, smoky momo steam, and fire-wok aromas from hill-town evenings. The space blends dark timber tones, warm brass lights, and quiet cafe calm.
